Shipping Policy

Please review the information below regarding delivery of orders placed through our online store.

Delivery Area

We deliver to all of Northern Ireland. Unfortunately, we do not deliver outside Northern Ireland at this time.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once an order is received, we will be in touch with you and have your order at your home in the fastest time possible. Usually we aim for a 10-14 day window, however this could be sooner depending on stock availability.

Dispatch & Delivery Arrangements

Once your goods arrive at our warehouse, we endeavour to dispatch them to you as soon as possible. We will contact you with a delivery date a few days prior to delivery. All deliveries are made by our own delivery team using our own vans.

Delivery to Your Room & Assembly

Our delivery team will carry your order to the room of your choice and assemble your bed for you, so it’s ready to use.

Removal of Your Old Bed & Mattress

We can take away your old bed and mattress when we deliver your new one. Just let us know when we contact you to arrange your delivery date.

Access & Responsibility for Damage

Before delivery, please measure doorways, hallways and stairways to make sure your new bed or mattress will fit, and make sure the route is clear. Our team will always take care when carrying and assembling your order. However, where items are carried upstairs, through narrow spaces or into a room at your request, any damage caused to your property (such as walls, doors, door frames, banisters or flooring) or to the goods as a result of restricted access is the customer’s responsibility. If our team feel it is not safe to carry an item into a particular room, they may leave it at the nearest safe point.
