Shipping Policy

Please review the information below regarding delivery of orders placed through our online mattress store.

Delivery Area

We currently offer delivery within Northern Ireland only. Unfortunately, we do not deliver outside Northern Ireland at this time.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once an order is received, we will be in touch with you and have your order at your home in the fastest time possible. Usually we aim for a 10-14 day window, however this could be sooner depending on stock availability. 

Dispatch & Delivery Arrangements

Once your goods arrive at our warehouse, we endeavour to dispatch them to you as soon as possible. We will contact you with a delivery date a few days prior to delivery.

Local Delivery & Courier Delivery

We offer local delivery using one of our vans to select postcodes within our local delivery range (close to our warehouse).

For all other postcodes outside of our local delivery range, the majority of orders will be delivered by a courier service and will require an extra delivery fee. 

Delivery Method (“To Your Door”)

Delivery is to your door only. If the mattress is carried beyond the delivery point (for example upstairs or into a bedroom), this is done at the customer’s own risk, and we cannot accept responsibility for any damage caused after delivery has been completed.
