Returns and Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, please review our returns and refund conditions below.

14-Day Return Period

You may return your mattress within 14 days of receiving your order.

Proof of Purchase Required

All returns and refund requests must include proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or receipt.

Damaged/Faulty Items

If your mattress arrives damaged, faulty or not as described on our website, you must report this to MattressesNI within 48 hours of delivery to qualify for a full refund or replacement.

Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for a return or refund:

  • The Mattress must be in its original packaging 
  • The Packaging must not be opened
  • The request must be within 14 days of delivery

Please be aware, there will be a return charge deducted from your refund, this is a pick-up charge. Alternatively you can return the mattress to our warehouse in Donaghadee. 

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be issued to the same card or payment method used for the original purchase. Refunds will only be processed once the returned goods have been received back at our warehouse. Please allow up to 3 working days from this point for the refund to reach your account.
